What areas do you service?
We proudly provide balloon decor for Chicago, IL and the surrounding suburbs, southern Wisconsin, and northwestern Indiana. Looking for decor outside of our service area? Let us know, we are available to travel nationwide for large events.

How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve and can fill up quickly. Orders placed less than one week in advance may be subject to a rush fee. This is to ensure we can rush ship products needed, rearrange our delivery schedule, and pay staff to stay later or come in early to prepare your order.

What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and state regulations. Illinois state reimbursement rates for 2025 is $0.70 per mile.

Do prices include removal of the decor?
No. An additional fee will apply if you would like us to remove the decor for you. Please notify us when booking your decor if removal is needed.

How do I pay for my decor?
Once your order is finalized and you have accepted the quote an invoice to pay online via credit card will be sent to you.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you. A 50% deposit is required upon signing of the contract, and supplies for your event are ordered within 72 hours. Orders canceled 1 week or more prior to your event are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the deposit paid. Payment is due in full 1 week prior to the scheduled event. Orders canceled less than 1 week from the event are not eligible for refund, no exceptions. This is to cover the cost of materials, operating costs, and lost wages.

I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?
No, we can not guarantee the quality of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, there may not be enough balloons necessary for your decor design.

Charcuterie FAQs

What areas do you service?
We proudly provide charcuterie for Chicago, IL and the surrounding suburbs. We are not currently licensed in other states for food service.

Where can I pick up my order?
Pick-ups are available in Frankfort, IL. The exact address will be provided upon order confirmation.

What does the charcuterie board include?
Each board includes a selection of cured meats and /or artisanal cheeses and, depending on seasonal availability, a variety of accompaniments such as crackers, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, pickles, and olives.

What is the presentation style?
Eco-friendly disposable bamboo or palm leaf plates and include disposable tongs and bamboo diningware for easy serving.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options? What about food allergies?
Yes, we can accommodate your specific needs. Please be sure to note these in your request so we can accurately quote the necessary products. We will personally follow up to ensure all details are accurate.

Can you accommodate food allergies?
Absolutely. We can tailor boards to exclude nuts, dairy, or gluten allergens. Please indicate any allergies on the order form so we can follow up and ensure your order meets your requirements.

Do you offer on-site setup or styling?
Yes, on-site setup and styling are available. Please indicate your preference for this service on the order form.

Can you make the board theme-specific?
Yes, we can customize boards for specific themes, holidays, seasons, or color palettes. Please provide notice for these requests.

Can you provide additional items, like desserts or hot appetizers?
Yes, we offer select crostini and sweets. Please inquire with us directly regarding the different options.

Do you provide utensils, plates, or serving tools?
Yes, we provide bamboo plates, dining ware, chargers, and napkins as add-on items.
